Term and conditions:

Security Deposit and Advance Room Rental:

  1. 1 Month lease: 1 month’s advance Room Rental + 1 month’s deposit is required upon contract signing and prior to checking in.
  2. 1-3 months lease: 1-month security deposit and 1-month rental is required upon contract signing and prior to checking in.
  3. 4 months lease or more: 2 months security deposit and 1-month rental is required upon contract signing and prior to checking in.

Monthly rates are inclusive of:

  1. Government Tax and Service charge.
  2. Water supply.
  3. House cleaner will be cleaning everyday only the once time.(08.00-16.30)
  4. Linen change service 3 times per week

Monthly rates are exclusive of: Electricity Supply, charge at THB 5 net per unit inclusive of VAT.
